1995. First bottle from this producer. Typical 95 characteristics, lean and austere needing some air to wake it from sleeo. After 2 hours showed cranberry, spice, crushed rocks. The palate showed small red berries, minerals, mouth watering acidity and good length. Interesting wine. Beautiful stemmy aromas of roses, red fruit, hint of licorice, blackberries, hint of dark chocolate. Concentrated and with a fine tannin that is persistent through the long finish. This is a very cool wine done in somewhat of a modern style. — 4 years ago
