First wine I've ever tried of this grape. Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc, with racing acidity and notes of grapefruit and gooseberry. Interestingly, there's blueberry coulis on the nose and palate. Very pale straw in color, light to medium bodied, 11% ABV. — 10 years ago

This wine is a 🦄. Made from 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Gris, and 25% Pinot noir. This was one of the most round and complex white wines I’ve had. Made from very old vines with minimal intervention an almost full body resulted that was honeyed and crisp at the same time. Great wine. — 6 years ago
