Great wine a regular in my rotation of reds. — 9 years ago
7 grapes created this beautiful blend. 4 red and 3 white, all from one vineyard planted in late '50. Rustic, smoky and bitter with soft tannins. Red berries try to brake this tobacco facade, needs long aeration to set them free. Quite acidic, licorice finish. — 9 years ago
great local Madrid cuvee...needs to open a bit but drinks well. — 9 years ago
Bold and beutiful, do not try to taste another wine after this, Will be the perfect end to a good dinner with concersation notes that Will be difficult to find better, buy buy buy and drink with joy — 10 years ago
dusty dark fruit well balanced with rounded tannins. — 8 years ago
Big and richly fruited and oaked nose, firm and tannic, red and blue fresh fruits. I like this wine better with 5 years of age once the oak integrates, but if you like your wines intense and powerful this is the time to open.
Made from 20-40 yo vines.
