Delicious, lush, and savory. Good Barbera acids, prune, stewed cherry, cola/black tea, wet earth and some mushroom, Piedmont tar, some minerals. From Amaro Spirits and Wine. 01/29/22 — 3 years ago
Pale straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, floral notes with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, citrus and floral, dry with slight nutty notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus mineral character.

Smooth, perfect for making rye Manhattans. One of my favorite small batch whiskeys. It is produced at National Historic site in the Hudson Valley. — 5 years ago
Smells like Christmas market- lots of cinnamon, poured over ice cream would be perfect to finish the Christmas dinner — 4 months ago

I have long been a fan of St. George for a long time, and this confirms my high opinion of them. Nose of rye spice with vanilla and bananas foster, and on the taste, honey-sweetened tea with clove and pepper, masala tea spices, oak, and bitter chocolate. Orange emerges immediately on the finish with subsequent honey. — 4 years ago

Double decant and pour. A splendid medium gold color. On the nose: tropical fruit, honey, lemon rind, nuts, lime zest. Taste: oily, layered wine with tangerine, saline, grapefruit, minerals, white pepper, crushed limestone, and a lemon cream long finish. YUM! — 4 days ago
