Very refreshing, and I love that it’s organic and vegan and they bottle it using recycled products. Wine with dinner and saving the planet... perfect. — 6 years ago
Plush, lush, brambly, savory, and full of deep dark fruits. Mineral-laced, on the fuller side of medium bodied, a wine that goes long on the finish. Kosher, vegan, and quite a find. — 7 years ago
This goes on! It is honeyed from some tasty auslese botrytis yet has the funk of...well not sure where the funk is from but it is there. Maybe some Swiss chard sorta funk. I've no clue if other people would say if that way but the sweet-bitter currents say so much to me. Also I detect marmalade and vegan jerky? So we'll pair with a dessert with some spice. Or salt. Or if you are me you start with a spicy dinner (salsa salsa salsa) and have another glass with dessert (salted chocolate chip cookies). My goodness. As usual with Garagiste wish I had another bottle so I could analyze more days. — 8 years ago
Great wine. Went really well with filet mug on. Also worked with vegan mushroom ravioli. A little heavy on vanilla when first opened, but mellowed throughout the meal. Cherries and raspberries. Earthy. Took small amount in bottle home. Day 2 more spiciness came out and was really good with blue cheese. — 8 years ago

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples and grapefruits.
This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Not very complex, but easy drinking even by itself.
Doesn't show like a typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, but very tasty.
A great wine to drink by the pool. Crisp, refreshing and tangy. Fruit forward and rich.
I had it all by itself. Kosher and vegan.
12.5% alcohol by volume.

This is a very enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. Nicely balanced with a tangy finish.
This 6 year old is showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up (30 minutes). Good by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.
This Single Vineyard is rich and fruit forward. Showing nice structure, and will be good in the next 3 years.

Cheers to my first wine from Colorado.
Inky in color with a brick rim.
On the nose blueberries, currants, oak, light vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, Mediterranean spices, dark chocolates, vinaigrette, earth, herbs and peppercorn. Really nice nose.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, ripped cherries, red currants, light wood, cooked strawberries, spices, earth, herbs, light vinaigrette, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Nice length on the finish with firm tannins and tangy cranberries.
This is a very tasty Petite Sirah from Colorado. Interesting and nicely balanced. Showing nice structure.
This 8 year old is good by itself or with food. Interesting and engaging.
This Single Vineyard needed time to open up. I gave it 90 minutes to bring out the tannins, which I really enjoyed. After 4 hours of airtime, the tannins get much finer.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
Grapes are grown in the Grand Valley AVA and fermented on their own yeast. Aged in American oak barrels. Unfiltered. Vegan. No sulfites added.

2017. Big, tannic wine. Hint of mint, smoke, and white pepper, and very chewy #biodynamic #vegan — 7 years ago
Lots of vegan funk on the nose, and a streak that smells a bit like Pakistani lentil daal (sp.?). Oh yeah, and some sappy cherry fruit. This brings the earthy minerality in the mouth. Good weight and focus. A very blue collar cousin of Sancerre rouge. A standout with roast chicken. — 8 years ago

Pairs well with vegan eggplant parmesan! I hate myself for saying that almost as much as I hate myself for liking it! — 4 years ago
