Quilt pays tribute to Napa Valley’s wines, sourced from a patchwork of prime Napa Valley vineyards. Met Joseph Wagner a few times and tasted his wines, Joe signed a few bottles for me. Pale lemon color with aromas of fresh fruit, citrus and honey floral scents. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon zest with toasty nutty notes. Lively acidity, well balanced on medium+ finish, great mouthfeel ending with creamy mineral tones. Very nice Joe! — 3 years ago
Just released this beautiful single vineyard Chardonnay from our estate vineyard “Old Main Rd” in Naramata BC just scored 92 points from Treve Ring in Gismondi in Wine. On the nose lemon and pineapple, a structured palate with burst of grapefruit and lemon meringue. — 6 years ago
Tribute refers to the first Keenan Cab made 30 years prior. A very low production best barrel cuvée, informally known at the winery as Secret Wines since they don’t appear on any menus or price lists. This is Cali Cab pure and simple (ok, a smidge of Cab Franc too). Smoke, anise, currants, aromatic wood, huge tannins (still). Fantastic power and structure. Just approaching it’s best years. — 7 years ago
A tribute to the crest called Rattlesnake Hill, highest point of Monte Rosso Vineyard, famous for rattlesnakes living among the vines, seeking sunshine by day and coiling around the vines at night. Dark Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, tangy herb, pepper and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and ripe cherry with black pepper spice, vanilla and earthy sweet herbs. Soft chewy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy oak. Nice! — 9 months ago
A great example of new generation, harmoniously balanced Chenin Blanc, it delivers a bouquet of honey, juicy ripe pineapple and crisp green apple. It is suggested to share and create your own memories at 11 Alice Lane @eDikeni kitchen bar & lounge. — 4 years ago
First leaf. Nice spice with a little sweet. Medium body. Very nice. Would buy again — 6 years ago
The grapes for this wine are off a plot on Naramata Main Road. We spotted the sign while visiting Deep Roots. Outstanding wine all around. Bold flavours with citrus, toasty, oakiness and spices. Smooth buttery palate with balanced acidity. Tasted it while visiting and the two owners were pouring. We were very happy to pick up a couple of bottles. — 7 years ago

Really nice mouth feel and flavor. Didn’t have food to have with it but I’d bet it would be fabulous with steak or lamb. $33 on sale for $29 - had at hone tasting — 7 years ago

Unbelievable! Olives, cured meats, cherries, floral notes on nose. I could smell this all night. Palate is an explosion of flavor similar to nose. Maybe more strawberry and herbs on palate, but still with olive and cured meat. Outstanding and tasting perfectly after an hour of air. Finish lasts for a minute or more. Great wine. — 8 months ago
