Medium body, fruit forward but quite dry, refreshing with a longish tart finish. — 6 years ago
Very good, classic Côte-Rôtie. Rusticity and earth on the nose and palate. Smooth, elegant and rich mouth feel. Served with cassoulet Toulouse and roasted duck breast. — 7 years ago
Absolutely perfect—everything I like in a wine, earthy taste, light tannins, smooth, full... definitely will buy again. — 7 years ago
Daughter's wedding ceremony. My close friends argued that we must drink something from the region, while we are in Toulouse! He's correct 🙂 — 8 years ago

Magnificent Cru Classe Margaux and great memories from family May’2018 dinner in Toulouse. — 4 years ago
This label cracks me up every single time😃
Violet, cherry, iron, earth. A firework of a nose and no trace of any barnyard funk lately which is good improvement on the same bottles opened one year ago. The palate is well balanced with a crazy fruit, violet exploding here and there, a strong acid frame and some matter, côte du Rhône style. Gentle tannins kick off a very playful finish with violet and cherry and a lot of fun. This wine is made out of grapes grown 10 miles from the house I grew up in near toulouse and it's always a win! My personal favourite in the region. Syrah and negrette blend. Classic nose of Syrah (licorice, plum, cherry, spices) with a violet flower twist. Palate with some density and complexity where both varietals play their part : plum, violet again, acidity, long finish. Very good wine from toulouse for less than 10€. What a bargain ! — 7 years ago

My first Mansois, aka Fer Servadou from the tiny VDQS north of Toulouse (161 hectares /400 acres). Raspberry, brambly aromas follow through to the palate which is a bright hello that mellows softly. — 8 years ago

Light, medium yellow. Crystal clear. Red apple nose followed by a palate of apple, citrus, peach and apricot. Wet stones and acid to spare. Wonderful stuff needing aging and food. We had Toulouse sausage, black trumpet mushrooms, sauté onions and pasta. — 3 years ago
