My personal favourite in the region. Syrah and negrette blend. Classic nose of Syrah (licorice, plum, cherry, spices) with a violet flower twist. Palate with some density and complexity where both varietals play their part : plum, violet again, acidity, long finish. Very good wine from toulouse for less than 10€. What a bargain !

Dec 28th, 2017Northern Rhône style fronton. Delicious. Pepper and cherry and plum on the nose. Fruits all over the palate. Long acid frame that makes it very easy to sip on. Love it. We paired it with roasted squabs : perfect match!
