The 2019 Rosso di Montalcino is dreamy, wafting up with dusty rose, crushed cherries and sage. This flows across the palate with ease, energetic and lifted with a solid core of ripe wild berry fruits that slowly drench the palate in youthful tension. A coating of fine-grained tannins remains offset by a bump of residual acidity, tapering off spicy and long. This is maturing beautifully in bottle. (Eric Guido, Vinous, September 2024)

For a red lover, and not a fan of Chards, this wine knocked me off my feet! I absolutely Loved it! If I could describe my perfect request for a white wine, it would be this one. Butterscotch, almond, a slight fruity hint of lemon zest but not sharp or tart, buttery and bright yet incredibly smooth and a nice heavy feel. This is my favorite white wine ever! (And ranks above some of my fave reds). — 3 years ago
Deep Ruby color with berry fruit, fragrant spice and earthy cedar notes. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry, plum, leather and cacao with notes of floral spice. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, tobacco and cedar wrapped in an earthy herb mineral spice character. Drinking well. — 10 months ago
I love Tor Chardonnays and this is a good one. Bright, crisp, and creamy. Peaches, honey, tangerines, papaya, and lemon peel. Delicious! — 2 years ago
