Pretty delicious and the only field recordings offering that I've found in Alabama. — 8 years ago
Beautiful notes of cherry cola, oak and vanilla. Mushroom on the nose. One of the best canned wines I've ever had. — 8 years ago
Very nice. Ripe cherries. Simple note, but smooth and delicious. Buy again (if avail) - from Proof Cellars — 5 years ago
Low VA, low sugar. Minimal tanins. Leather with subtle jam, fruit forward with a clean finish. No kick. Great dinner wine for all palates. — 6 years ago
Another stunning wine! Probably tied for WOTN. Just an absolutely fantastic GC, and a lesser known producer, but not to be taken lightly. For under $100 you are getting cream of the crop, and something that even at 6 years of age will soldier on and continue to develop for at least the next 10 years. Vibrant and aromatic - crushed clove, fresh pansies, rhubarb, a faint touch of brett to bring the terrior together. Beautiful ruby color, no loss of youth in flavour either - raspberry reduction, nutmeg, dried cranberries, cedar, and a finesse only known to GC Burgundy.
Another special treat to open. Thank you @Kyle Groombridge ! — 7 years ago
Best vintage of Mica yet. As good as Tin Man for half the price! — 8 years ago
Sweet and cinnamon spice, with that oak note. — 9 years ago
My husband is a scotch drinker, but, this was given to him as a Christmas present last year.
He landed up opening it up last week to try, and really liked it. He’s had a glass every night so far.
Impressed. — 6 years ago
Refreshing summertime wine. At tin roof. — 7 years ago
This Bordeaux style blend is not quite as big a wine as prior vintages, but has brighter acidity and nice mineral tannins. The dominant flavors are Bing cherry and blueberry, with a thick finish. It was a great complement to cumin seared steak salad. — 8 years ago
Very deep purple color with ruby hues. On the nose: a bit of minerals, dark red fruit jam and pepper. Taste: medium tannins, a bit dry with hints of dried black cherries, plum and cracked black pepper. Good value. — 8 years ago

Delightful, funky, lightly carbonated, moderately tart. Would be great with cheddar/bleu cheeses. — 4 years ago
