Wild fruit, leather, white pepper, dried herbs, other than fruit notes, nice acid. — 7 months ago
The 2013 La Mission Haut-Brion has a light tertiary bouquet with black pepper and wild mint touches. It's elegant, even if it misses some vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and fine acidity. The 2013 is cohesive with a dash of white pepper. Moderate in terms of length, this is a very decent showing in a difficult vintage. Tasted at Bordeaux Index's 10-Year On tasting. (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2023)

Our first patio wine for 2020. Our favorite Chardonnay! — 5 years ago
High toned, floral, spiced, loads of pepper and crunchy minerality. Fruit has lost some youthful exuberance, moving more into the background while its earth and perfumed notes come through. Tempts you with contemplation, but just so fun to drink. Wild black and red berry, bay, green and black peppercorns, peach, crushed rocks, wild herbs. Perfect foil for Moroccan rabbit and stewed veggies — 6 years ago

Very good, no complaints — 6 years ago
16.5/20 (91/100) Ароматы экзотических фруктов, спелых яблок и дыни, нота молочных сливок. Тельное с высокой кислотностью, немного спиртуозно. Отличное шардоне! — 6 years ago
Always a treat with its perfumed aromatics, balanced dark cherry, berry fruits, spice, mineral, graphite, iron, olive, pepper & violets — 6 months ago
2020 vintage in 2024. Fit very well with a smoked chicken. — a year ago
Raspberry, stems, coffee, hung meat, asian spice, orange peel, tapenade, blood and stones. Feral, wild, moderate frame and earthy with a freshness to it. As always a layered and lengthy wine that evolved gloriously over dinner. The firm tannin profile and amount of perfume gave this a distinctive old school feel. — 3 years ago
I am in love with this Zin and will definitely join Uncommon Palette's wine club cause they offer the BEST!!! — 5 years ago
Haha... just wrong. One of the most well integrated wines I have ever had. Thrown off not getting the typical smoked meat/ olive tapenade characteristics of northern Rhône. Dark red fruits, slate, gamy, fresh pepper and the right amount of funk. Simply sublime — 6 years ago

Classic CdP and an iconic producer. Blackberry, dark fruits, herbs, spice, olive, earth. Full bodied, but low-to-medium tannins and great concentration. Fantastic with Mediterranean food. — 4 months ago
