65% Cabernet Franc, 25% Carménère and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Two out of the three are my favorite so this is very good to me! There is a story about this wine that patriots fighting for the independence of Chile found refuge in the cellars of estates. Within the same cellars this wine is crafted to honor their heroism. Bought this on a whim. Distilled from Sam Adams experimental 13th hour stout, with added hops and other things. This is surprisingly drinkable, with nice vanilla and wood notes, and actually quite a bit of sweetness probably from the stout distillates. I like it. There are 2 other spirits in this.
