Dauvissat perfection. 2012 Preuses is in an amazing spot, riveting, chiseled, textural and pure with classic Chablisen oyster shell minerality in a tidal wave of spiced orchard fruit, lilies and the slightest nutty edge. It’s incredibly silky on the palate showing killer density without weight. Lasers of racy citrusy acids and a long saline finish round it out. Fabulous showing. — 9 months ago
Awesome! Its shed some of the ripe and primary fruit, but still has a warm vintage generosity to it in the acidity. Captures Vaillons charming fruit and oyster shell core. Was expecting more honeyed richness but surprised by the nerve underneath the warmth of the year. Its fresh and gets going. Totally fucked with prosciutto wrapped asparagus, boiled taters and sauce Mornay, one of the top pairing of the year so far. — 4 years ago
First wine from Maine! Has some nice funk with citrus and apple. I was pleasantly surprised. — 6 years ago

Oily lime and slate. Sea spray, oyster shells, hints of white pepper. Perfectly balanced. Succulent and vivid. Long. Really good — 2 years ago

Rather muted nose of oyster shell, lemon and flint - awesome evolution on the palate fatty in the middle with a lingering finish. Fantastic. Competes at GC level - this one feels a bit quieter at the start, but its lingering finale completes a perfect picture. Aerate. — 6 years ago

Medium gold. Heavy in the glass. Opened decanted for an hour. Knockout nose. Notes of lemon, white stone with some oyster shell, and a bit of honey develops over time. Rich luscious fruit in the mouth. Acidity hides in the first few hours, then powers up. Great juice. — 7 years ago
Had to get it again to share. So good for how inexpensive it is — 8 years ago
Thomas Pico is one of my favorite Chablis producers. Chalk, oyster shell, under ripe green apple. Acid High. Delicious. — 4 years ago
Excellent fruit/Berry tones with a dry super finish. — 4 years ago
A gorgeous nose. All oyster shells, limestone, salinity, hints of lime, greengages, peter. Very poised, saline and cool-blooded. On the palate it is super sophisticated. Very precise floral notes. Rockpool, mellow citrus with super fine balancing acidity. This is deep and profound but pretty light on its feet. A beautiful calm vintage. — 6 years ago

That was our experience. Kind of phoning it in.2017 on 9/25/19. — 6 years ago
Cigars and ripe red cherries on the nose. Red apples from the Wizard of Oz trees and smoked bing cherry on the palate. Click your heels, Toto. We’re not in Kansas anymore. Grab your broomstick and take flight with this delightful berry manifestation. Or take shelter. This berry hurricane is headed straight for your mouth. — 7 years ago
