Thomas Pico is one of my favorite Chablis producers. Chalk, oyster shell, under ripe green apple. Acid High. Delicious. — 4 years ago
A gorgeous nose. All oyster shells, limestone, salinity, hints of lime, greengages, peter. Very poised, saline and cool-blooded. On the palate it is super sophisticated. Very precise floral notes. Rockpool, mellow citrus with super fine balancing acidity. This is deep and profound but pretty light on its feet. A beautiful calm vintage. — 6 years ago

Cigars and ripe red cherries on the nose. Red apples from the Wizard of Oz trees and smoked bing cherry on the palate. Click your heels, Toto. We’re not in Kansas anymore. Grab your broomstick and take flight with this delightful berry manifestation. Or take shelter. This berry hurricane is headed straight for your mouth. — 8 years ago
Oily lime and slate. Sea spray, oyster shells, hints of white pepper. Perfectly balanced. Succulent and vivid. Long. Really good — 3 years ago

Had to get it again to share. So good for how inexpensive it is — 8 years ago
For hot climates, like here on the Outer Banks, I love chilled Pinot Noir for all day drinking. This Marlborough Pinot has the right acidity to stand up to the spices and heat of the NC summer. — 9 months ago

Excellent fruit/Berry tones with a dry super finish. — 4 years ago
Rather muted nose of oyster shell, lemon and flint - awesome evolution on the palate fatty in the middle with a lingering finish. Fantastic. Competes at GC level - this one feels a bit quieter at the start, but its lingering finale completes a perfect picture. Aerate. — 6 years ago
