Grassy, mineral, waxy, light petrol aspects. Improving as it warms. Notes to be updated.
24hr Update: Very grassy and yellow stone fruit-ish, still picking up a beeswax like note, but wow the acidity is just so balanced and awesome. Yet I feel this is too young now, note to future self, revisit in 3-5 years. — 6 years ago

Nose is herbal and gorgeous with huge minerality. Lovely sugar snap peas, some C.K. Some confectionary aromas and just a beguiling whirlwind of so many non fruit aromas it’s hard to pinpoint them. A feral element as well but is so clean, so pure. It smells like the cleanest nature scene you can imagine. Yes it smells like a Bob Ross painting. Juicy and very complex with just a waterfall washing feeling across the palate. The balance of the fruit, minerals, acid and texture is extraordinary. Such delineation and grace. Stunning wine. — 6 years ago
Aromatic but fairly neutral. Beeswax. Super clean - straight ahead, very slight nutty bitterness. — 6 years ago

Medium body, firm acidity. Green Apple, mineral, with a touch of earthiness. Delicious. Tim Kweeder showing the way! At Kensington Quarters, 2013 — 8 years ago
First Sylvaner I've had, once again the fascist myth of noble varieties vs ignoble varieties (called "blenders") is shown to be bullshit, this wine is complex, dynamic, and singular, sort of like clover honey drizzled over kiwi fruit and green apples. — 9 years ago
Light, flowery with waxy apples and a touch of spicy peach towards the finish. A nice slyvaner with character. — 6 years ago
