Jan 15th, 2016Super thankful Tim Kweeder showed me the light that is Stefan Vetter. Stunning sylvaner! Tight initially, but opens beautifully. Aromatically, spice, hints of cardamom, keffir lime, and wet rock. Earth, funk, mineral, and hay. Broad texture and freaking crisp acidity. Love this damn wine, sylvaner done right!
