DFW. Great color. Smooth, round and berries. Would buy again — 2 years ago
Initially heavy on the tart cherry and cola flavors. Over an hour, the acidity mellowed and this became fuller — 4 years ago

The 2012 Cathiard Aux Reignots (along with Malconsorts and Petits Monts, my favorite 1er cru Vosne vineyard), is much more masculine and dark fruited than the MG. Really a great side by side. There is some reduction and prevalent new oak, but there is just such depth and structure to this wine and it’s destined to live for the long haul. But unlike how reticent many 12’s can be right now, as the reduction dissipates, it offers a great deal of pleasure. Reignots is really a special vineyard. — 3 years ago
Delightfully juicy - cherries- with some nice effervescence — 3 years ago
Quite deep still clinging to ruby with a wide quite garnet rim. On the nose touches of sous bois , spice , red fruits , cherry , raspberry and strawberry , porcini . On the palate quite rich and rounded with sweet black cherry , fresh strawberry, raspberry , very good acidity and rounded but quite grippy tannins . In a lovely spot now but will go further , for now and over the next 10 years. — 5 months ago
Delicious summer wine. With Tatum — 2 years ago
Burgundy tasting at foreign cinema. Reallly great with seafood, there was excellent acidity and some earth flavors. Really liked it but was overshadowed by the Chardonnay. — 3 years ago
Nice Bourgogne, even 2017 but drinking nicely! — 3 years ago
Substantially above a tasting that included more prestigious appellations and more expensive bottles, all in the same region and all in chenin blanc. Best VfM of a very enjoyable tasting. Nice balance and yet a subtle acidity leaving much to hope for latter years. Drink some, keep some. — 4 years ago

Morello cherries. Cherry bomb. Almost to much cherry but good for Valentine’s day. I am very surprised my wife does not like it. A little harsh. Needs may be 5 more years. Lime, very tart. Lacks a little bit on secondary interesting flavors. — 3 months ago
