This is a pretty good. Apricot and peach for the fruits. Slight tangyness and honey. Light, short finish. — 6 years ago
Mom’s birthday! Nice to see this one on the list for $65. Doesn’t make up for them turning us down for our pre-wedding event (Go Stoller!) but still good juice. — 7 years ago
Black cherry, raspberry, wet earth and mushrooms, with chestnut, pecan and plum. Tart cherry and ripe red cherry meet dried black cherry, lavender, and rose petal, sweet cranberry, dried raspberry, smoke and cola. Generous Pinot from older vines, that exhibits structure and integrity. Iconic.

Surprisingly reminiscent of Rioja! Firm tannins, leather, dark berry and layers of cherry. Multidimensional and very good PPQ. — 5 years ago
straw yellow, pale watery rim; lemon, tart green apple, white flowers, subtle oak white influence; lovely fruit,
streak of minerality; medium bodied, nice acid backbone, 12.9% ABV; 100% estate grown Chardonnay from Stoller Vineyard, fermented in 34% new French oak, aged 11 months in barrel and 5 months in stainless steel; $40 — 5 years ago
Dusky cherry, lightest bananas foster, pomegranate reduction, raspberry-violet mocha and dried oregano. This is rich vapor with a depth of complexity. Good structure and black cherry brims with silken tannins. Coffee and cola under leather-plum umbrella over raspberry beret. The kind you find in a secondhand store. We’re tasting Pinots today and this was the overall favorite, although Darioush was a close runner up. Also tasted were Morey-St-Denis, chateau de la greffiere, stoller, and chehalem. Great afternoon. Loved the nose, the color, and the depth. — 7 years ago
Medium dark color with a nice complex nose & a medium body that is slightly sweet with still evident tannins and a medium aftertaste. It still has several years in a cool cellar. — 7 years ago
