A blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, this is an exceptional wine. There’s a great balance of acidity, velvet tannins and black fruit. Cassis, black cherry, black plum, a light toast and vanilla oak component and developing tertiary character of leather, forest floor and cigar box. Terrifically harmonious the wine is full bodied with a sense of being heavy. A joy to consume. — 10 months ago
All the bittersweet-appley-honeysuckle-honeydew melon-sappy nose notes with a whiff of passion fruit livening it all. On the palate, samesies, but with major hits of grapefruit rind and glistening acidity. At the same time, there is a bit of sapidity, of grip, of (I think some call it) phenolic bitterness at play. It is so good. — 2 years ago
Medium body, raspberry, strong but pleasant oak, soft tannin, a lovely wine — 7 months ago

Very nice for the price. Dry red fruits forward with cherry and plum flavors. Earthy qualities with smoke and leather. Well balanced — 4 years ago

Lovely cab blend with fruit forward approach. Improved with 3 hours of air. Not as rich as my favorite cabs but went well with filet. — 9 months ago

Not quite as good as the 2018, which The winemaker admitted at a tasting, but still first rate. A decent match for the traditional Thanksgiving dishes. — 6 months ago
