On the palate, samesies, but with major hits of grapefruit rind and glistening acidity. At the same time, there is a bit of sapidity, of grip, of (I think some call it) phenolic bitterness at play. See earlier note, this is a great Bordeaux blend- 75% Cab Sauvignon , 14% Cab Franc and 11% Merlot.
A deep ruby colour with nice berry fruit nose and good acidity and long finish.

Big wine. Dark purple color. Blackberry dominates the nose with some floral elements. I’d say it’s 75% Napa Cab and 25% Brunello. Big tannins. Give some air. Not my style, but enjoyed its uniqueness. Drank a bit young. — 6 years ago
