The palate shows blackberry, juicy black cherries and currants, big, full tannins, complex and well balanced. Revisiting this one. We are picking up apricot and some slate-like minerals on the nose. Great tastes of peaches, apricot and red apple with a fantastic mouthfeel. Pairing very well with my blackened snapper and Lisa's Chicken Spinach salad. Very nice wine. — 9 years ago
