Seemed to evolve into two different wines. Started off mimicking a bone-dry-funky-Sidra, then finished as a baked apple and peachy delight with just a bit of funk wafting through. Loved it. — 8 years ago

Delicious Orange wine. Full bodied salty briny musty oxidised almost peaty, perfect with oysters. Funky for sure, you will like if you fancy Basque Sidra — 9 years ago

En nariz pura vainilla que aparece y desaparece, sidra dulce, violetas, muy cambiante. Boca con toque dulce, carbónico testimonial, mucha acidez en un final muy largo. — 9 years ago
Ligero y seco, un Riesling menos goloso de lo que esta uva suele ser en Alemania o Alsacia. Aroma primario a sidra. Me pide morcilla y Sauerkraut

Vino natural de tarragona. Raro en nariz con toques ácidos que recuerdan a la sidra. Va mejorando según para el tiempo desde el descorche. Ligero, dulce y ácido con taninos muy sedosos. 12'5 grados. Sorprende. — 9 years ago

Wow! Such a spectrum of aromas: banana, candied citrus zest, caramel, red apple peel and a slight oxidized note. It has a plerhora of apple aromas and reminds me of what I find in basque sidra!
