This and DuPont should be the benchmark for new American cider makers- cloudy, funky, hay, damp, must, cheese, fruit, tart. They pour this natural style all over Spain for a couple euros a glass. It's incredible.

Incredibly clean, slightly sour, very pure basque style cider. Great for a blistering hot day or time to cleanse you palate
