Great acidity for ten years of age. Dried red cherries, candied strawberry with that beautiful dusty presence of Rioja. Bakers chocolate, dried rose petals and cedar add complexity. Too big for casual drinking, but went excellent with secreto iberico. — 10 years ago

Medium to full "cuerpo". Balanced but pointed acidity makes me wonder how age might treat this. Aromas of Dark rasberry, spicy green peppercorn, a bit of green pepper and hints of oak! Enjoyable. Fruit and spice forward. Nice value. — 7 years ago

Cada Cocinero tiene su propia manera de preparar la papa a la huancaína que es una entrada y plato típico de la gastronomía peruana, en la salsa esta el secreto y sobre todo el queso con el que se prepara, si usamos un queso andino, arequipeño o huancaíno, el sabor y la consistencia son otras a parte claro está del rey, "el ají amarillo" hagan la prueba.
