Very bright, citrus, lime, wet rock. Good price for petit Chablis. — 6 years ago
Carmine gave us just what we asked for: a lighter to medium body red with low tannins and mild earth. This fit the ticket perfectly- a delicious French wine in an Italian restaurant! — 7 years ago

Fun, funky, red fruit. Very Loire — 8 years ago
At first it's passionfruit aromas were a little too overpowering however they've seemingly blown off and settled nicely into the background. Cut grass, lemongrass and a subtle smoke have appeared for a while and grapefruit and green apple show themselves too. The palate is tropical with assertive acidity with some pithy character and long finish. At first I didn't really enjoy this, give it a while and serve around 12-14 degrees — 9 years ago
グルナッシュ・ブラン、グルナッシュ・グリ主体のワイン。果実味が豊かで複雑、やや酸味に欠ける。 — 10 years ago
So far the nose shows cherries and strawberry. The color is a soft ruby, deeper than some pinots. The flavours are tart with the cherry and strawberries balanced by a rather sharp acidity. The finish is medium to long and quite soft. I'm enjoying this wine. — 10 years ago
Tastes like baby Vosne Romanée to me! So much asphalt aroma and earth I imagine it's a baby Reignots--perhaps young replanted vines? Dark fruit is here but it plays second fiddle to the massive earthy elements. Heat sticks out on the midpalate a touch, but doesn't prevent this from being a monstrous red with an accumulative aroma that brings vinyl to mind. Curious to see where a short term aging curve would take this. Sebastien gleefully acknowledges this is his finest Bourgogne ever. Even with its flaws, Bourgogne should not be able to achieve these aromatic heights! — 11 years ago

Honeycomb, white flowers, lanolin. Not quite enough acidity for this to really be a standout, but still excellent with a spicy Thai curry — 8 years ago
