2003 vintage. Candied ginger, lanolin, honeysuckle, dried apricots, pears, lemon oil, white peaches, wet stones. Sweetness is more prevalent but I think it is because the acidity has diminished quite a bit.

Honeycomb, white flowers, lanolin. Not quite enough acidity for this to really be a standout, but still excellent with a spicy Thai curry
