Summer yum …. Killer gamay noir from Pinot/chard experts. We all need more light bodied summer reds that dance across your palate at cellar temp. Low ABV… light purple, cherry, berry, juicy sweetness with lively acid driving the fruit towards the finish. The bottle was gone too quickly with smash burgers and hand cut fries. Smells like ripe blackberry bramble.
Tastes of the bramble as well. Cran Pom pops, and offers a very long lovely finish. Tart fruit with high acid lingers for a very long time.
