Really nice. My second S&H wine. Liked this Mindego Risdge better. Used to be my mountain biking haunt when I lived in Palo Alto. — 4 years ago
I’m a HUGE fan here. This wine impressed me every time. I’ve had the 2000 and 2012, and now the 2015. I opened the 15 by mistake, but it delivered. I let it sit in decanter for an hour, and POW a ripe Smokey hem. Coffee and blackberries on the pallet. Nice tannic structure with some good acidity. You can easily see how this can evoke for decades. — 6 years ago

En realitat el que hem begut és el Panal però els de Delectable no el tenen catalogat — 8 years ago
Heerlijke slobberalbarino maar drinken hem t liefst met de albarino liefhebber van de familie 🙃 — 9 years ago

The Drappier Brut Grande Sendrée is a refined blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. The house prides itself on minimal use of sulfur and low dosage—the 2006 is voluptuous with layers of dust, walnut shells, and mahogany wood that serve to hem in fleshy, ripe orchard fruits and citrus notes. On the palate, the mousse is super fine, merging with bright acidity and wet dough on the back palate. This is a Champagne that I would like to revisit in a decade or more, certainly I am keen to watch its development. — 10 years ago

Wowzer. This was really nice. At land sake. — 3 years ago
One of the best dry rosé wines being made outside of France! Delicate yet focused and pure. Looking forward to following the project for years to come!

Good sauternes from a great vintage. Golden with a slight watery hem, though with ample legs; well-defined nose of apricots, orange marmalade, and honey (with a hint of plantains?); a little low on acid but still enough to bin it all together. Decent weight and length. A very good Stilton and pâté wine! — 9 years ago
Té el que li demanàvem, frescor, fruita, pas ràpid en boca i malgrat el sirah no hem trobat ni dolçor ni piruletes — 9 years ago
Fruit takes a back seat in the 2012 Elk Cove Roosevelt Vineyard Pinot Noir. This is a portrait in savoriness. Aromas of Spanish roof tile, sun dried tomato, cigar box and sage seamlessly merge into tart cranberries and dried cherry notes. Firm, dusty tannins hem in high-toned red fruit and taught acidity that terminates with a flourish of dried herb and bay leaf. This is the sort of Oregon Pinot Noir that will reward patience. I've love to revisit it in a decade or so. Sample — 10 years ago
Oh this AVA and Vineyard exhibits a very distinctive and beautiful Pinot profile. Medium garnet on the glass, with an exotic nose of fresh herbs - thyme - and violets and lavender. Medium acidity and an equally savory taste. This is a must try if you can find it. I joined the club and it was a great decision. — 3 years ago
Had it at Ett Hem, delicious — 4 years ago
I love this wine. Nose of fresh spring mint, hay, flowers, mineral, seltzer, smells like the alps. Palate is succulent and sappy with terrific energy and texture. So juicy. Reminds me of the El Hem a bit today. Dense and structured and really is always the best Jacquere I encounter every year. — 7 years ago
Grand cru white burgundy nose of Chenin. Heaven. Literally heaven. Flowers. Air. Minerals galore. Citrus oil. Like a rock quarry. The fruit in this candy lemon lime slices with sugar on hem. Like a drop of lemon and lime. So vivid. So deep and airy like an ocean mist of Chenin. Insane. Palate is balanced like nothing I’ve had in Savennieres. Massive and concentrated with piercing minerality. Stunning purity. Just insane. It’s so clean and so racy and so precise it seems cut like a diamond. Amazing length. What clarity. What a wine. This is a thrill now but demands and needs age. Stunning. Tangy citrus shows up what seems Ike minutes after it’s done. — 8 years ago
Heerlijk zwoel zoet, klein beetje zurig. Smaakt mooi bij meloen met ham. Kan niet wachten hem te proeven met een crème brûlée of ander vanilledessert! — 9 years ago
Hem, a beautifully clear Chardonnay where you can see the fireplace flicker through your glass. It tastes good to! Oops, distracted! — 10 years ago
