Nice Saint-Emilion biologique. Had in the St Germain en Laye and paired it with tagliatelle aux épinards and crottin bio. — 2 years ago
Weak baking spices on the nose.
Rich tannins upfront and richness throughout the medium finish. Dark berry licorice comes through when paired with brie.
Paired with prosciutto and brie. — 2 years ago
Blanc pas rouge. Original belle fraicheur. — 3 years ago
Very balanced and not overly oaked. Easy to drink, smooth, and crisp. Green fruit like flavor with smooth finish. Was an excellent pairing with the clam linguini my wife made for supper tonight. — a year ago
