Excellent. Maybe a bit more cherry than last time? — 5 months ago
This has softened considerably since my last bottle several years ago. Nose is complex, with earth, cedar, cigar box, and an incense-like note. In the mouth, it’s rich but medium-bodied. The tannins that were so prominent a few years ago have significantly resolved. Entering (finally) its drinking window. — 7 months ago

Lighter than I thought … need to try more Pinot Noirs — 9 months ago
Tawny purple, opaque. With 3 hours of air the nose blossomed and exhibited the grace and power of a great Vosne. Notes of black cherries, Asian spice, some menthol, dark moist black soil, some sandalwood and a little rose petal. This powered up with air and showed its stuff over several hours of consumption. Great wine. — 6 years ago
Red & dark fruit, still youthful with notes of spice, mineral, earth & floral — 5 months ago
Full of character. Cedar comes through strong. Earthy with a heavy finish. Quality wine, but not sure if it’s worth the $. — 7 months ago

Excellent wine with opulent black fruit - blackberry, cassis, black cherry, eucalyptus, violet, vanilla, cedar and clove. Tertiary notes are beginning to emerge - forest floor, leather, tobacco and dried cassis. Rich texture but well balanced despite 15.5% abv. Long finish, outstanding quality. — 3 months ago
