Pale color. Aromas of green apple, Eureka lemon, beeswax, and lemon leaves. There's a hint of minerality, it makes me think of very rounded and river-polished granite rocks.
The palate confirms the nose. Good acidity is balanced by chamomile and honey notes.
I really liked this wine!
