Chasselas del Mogor 2017

So smooth and so clean with the slightly salty Valle Guadeloupe taste. A unique and sophisticated blend. — 8 months ago

Monte Xanic

Valle de Guadalupe Chenin Colombard 2022

Had the 2022 in January of 2024 with chicken tinga. What a nice little wine. Minerality and a touch of citrus with some floral on the nose. Hints of lime on the tongue and a hint of hibiscus on the nose. This was a lot like a New Zealand sauv blanc but with a softer punch. Enjoyed this and wondering about going through the hassle of obtaining this one again. Definitely would if it was easier to get. — 5 months ago

v19. Very good! Floral and raspberry nose. Fresh raspberry and black cherry fruit. Round, smooth, slightly chalk and chewy, mocha finish. Nice! — 4 months ago

Monte Xanic

Gran Ricardo Valle de Guadalupe Red Blend 2017

Let this decant for 45-60 minutes and definitely helped open it up. Nose has slight bouquet of dark berries along with cherry and hints of leather. A very light jam flavor in mid palate and subtle tannins that make this wine something you can merely sip away or combine with a meal. — 5 months ago

Valle de Guadalupe Petite Sirah 2016

Strawberry and stony nose

Some stone fruit, medium body, high salinity, softer tannins, tinges of grit on the finish.
Overall a very pleasant wine, and one worth getting into.
I have been loving exploring the wines of Mexico for some time now - this holds its own in the foray.
