+2hr decant.
Nose has black cherry, plum skin, raspberry, pink rose, wet earthy aromas and touch of alcohol.
Palate has rich, tart red cherry, tart blackberry, game or grass fed meat notes, light confectionery sugar on the long finish. Acidity is high, but smooth and very enjoyable, mouthwatering.
Very impressive bottle for just under $30, value delivered. Drink now or hold for 4-6 years. It's damn tasty, remaining bottles likely will not see 2021...In this household. — 5 years ago

Ripe-ish, a little stemmy, a little bloody. Polished. Showing a little development. Lovely texture. — 8 years ago
Thursday night and the wine of choice us another Sauvignon Blanc but Old World, the 2017 Régis Minet Pouilly-Fumé Vielles Vignes.
The nose brings nice notes of lime, green apple, pear, white peach, musk melon and good minerality.
The palate shows very nice lime, passionfruit, pear, herbs, lemongrass, mineral and wet slate.
This wine medium bodied with medium to medium + acidity that moves right into a clean long mineral, citrus finish that sits on the mid-palate pleasingly. One more day until the start of the weekend stay safe and we will be enjoying the weekend soon. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 5 years ago
Sehr frisch und fruchtig. Prickelt auf der Zunge. Leider etwas flach im Abgang. Behält seine Frische im Mund. — 7 years ago

Nous l'avons bu avec mon beau-père, mon grand cousin issu de germain à Buxy avec un rôti de bœuf dans la poire : magnifique ! — 7 years ago
Toasty new oak aromas earthy cherry 🍒 wish the fruit wasn't as suppressed by the oak -still nice — 7 years ago
Régis Camus signed this bottle for me after a Piper/Charles lunch in NYC back in 2011. Managed to keep my grubby paws off it for 5 years.
Only just showing development, buttered toast and baked yellow apple. Acid part for the vintage, very refreshing. Another 5 would yield a really fine drink. — 7 years ago
Crisp and bright but showing a lot of candied fruit at this point. (Sort of like the C-M) — 8 years ago
