I’ll have the whole bottle, please. — 8 years ago
Tried the '90 recently, spoke of how amazing a producer of Californian Cabernet it is, but just needed a little more time, this '85 is well & truly on point, everything is in balance, there's fruit intensity yes, but the development/complexity/layers are really shining through, outstanding stuff. — 9 years ago
80 Old vines, 30 varieties, mainly tinta roriz, 16 months French oak. Robert Parker 93 points. Berry forward, high acid, field blends are the oldest vines, highest price points — 9 months ago
Bubble gum nose / bubbles / lemon and orange peel/ pear/ slight mineral start / refreshing fruity finish — 8 years ago
Paired well with a lamb, eggplant purée, fava beans, piquolo pepper. Would also pair with a medium rare magret duck or other game. — 10 years ago
Amazing and extra smooth! — 12 years ago
Dry and cherry. Yum! — 12 years ago
Still young for my tastes but checking in on a go-to producer. Killer with King Crab Salad sandwiches 🥪
This bottle was a bit slow out the gate and needed some air to reveal the magic inside. This bottle was a pick up from Corti Bros when passing through Sacramento via Tahoe.
Finesse, and beautifully prolific white wine structure all the way throughout.

3.1 Portuguese red with flowery taste, a bit too fruity. On sale for $9.69, regularly $10.99. — 8 years ago
Pairing it up with some Moroccan lamb with tomato and eggplant. Spicy, black fruits on the palate with some olive and bitter herbal accents. Should be a nice foil for the tagine. — 10 years ago
Great value for the price. Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. Raspberry. Cranberry. I like it. Would buy again. 12.6% abv. — 12 years ago
