Crisp. Some mineral taste. Nice balance of sweet and tart. Has a tart/fruity finish. Starting to be more green apple as I drink more. — 7 years ago
Smooth with hints of caramel, coffee and oak — 8 years ago
Sette Ponti or "seven bridges," refers to the 7 bridges crossing the Arno River on the road from Arezzo to Florence. Blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cab Sauv & 10% Petit Verdot, aged 18 months in new French oak. Went to a tasting, had ‘14 & ‘15 side by side. Very dark enticing red with concentrated aromas of dark fruits & earthy notes. Flavors of cherry & plum with tobacco and spice. Firm but approachable tannins, medium length ending with a bit of spice as the finish builds. Best to drink ‘14 now. Tasting Sample. — 8 years ago

Really great drinking wine. Would be good with good but wouldn’t completely stand up to bigger reds. — 8 years ago
Pairs nice with apps and a fly swatter. Went down quick at the right temp — 4 years ago
Quintessential to the history of South Dakota was homemade rhubarb wine! This is a great representation of what tartness can do to balance the sweetness inherent in some of the non-grape wines. Like the tart cherry wines of Michigan, this is iconic of South Dakota. Love it! — 4 years ago

Peppery, very dry, and very drinkable. Great with pizza. — 7 years ago
2015 vintage. Red blend of 25% Syrah, 25% Zinfandel, 34% Carignan, 8% Grenache and 8% petit Verdot. Deep ruby color. On the nose, blueberry, vanilla and currants. Smells like creme brûlée. On the palate, very light with hints of blueberry, blackberry, vanilla and oak. A very nice blend. — 8 years ago
