Val drinks often. Fun label and well rounded, very drinkable mixed well with our holiday, game playing atmosphere. Others were drinking single malt. — 9 years ago
1978 drinks almost like a sherry. — 9 years ago

This 2000 #DunnVineyards #NapaValley #HowellMountain sub-appellation drinks wonderfully, though it easily has another 10-15 years of keeping potential. Strong palate of mostly very red strawberries and raspberries and blackcurrants, black cherries. Also whiffs of tobacco, cigar box and leather. This is a #California #Cabernet that stands out by its originality and profile, and certainly tastes better than many of its mainstream "blockbuster" brethren. — 10 years ago

Great Cab. Drinks very nice. Smooth, with flavors of dark berry and cedar/mahogany. Medium bodied. Will only get better with age! Buy some for the cellar. — 10 years ago
Maturing well and softer tannins for a cab sav than other Serge Hochar wines. Drinks well now. — 11 years ago
I read on Delectable that this Pinot is a Cab lover's Pinot and she was right. I usually pass on Pinot because a good one is so hard for me to find. But this one is really, really good. I've had the Belle Glos from Meiomi, which I've liked as well, but this is equally as good. Great spice along with the fruit. Found this on sale on Cape Cod for $17 - a bargain for wine that drinks like this. — 11 years ago
Great drinks beautifully — 12 years ago
Oh so good. $39. Fruit forward and drinks like cab, better than most cabs. — 12 years ago
Over the top amazing. Maybe the best red bottled in Napa in 1985. Drinks beautifully right now. — 13 years ago
Earthy nose, silky on the palate, cigarette ash into firm balanced tannins on the finish. Drinks like it had many years of age-ability — 9 years ago
This drinks bold, can be paired with food or without. So damn good. Another bottle please. — 9 years ago
Drinks beautiful, like a Lafite — 9 years ago
Fruit forward. Heavier tannins than expected but drinks great. Will be outstanding in a few years. Ridge never disappoints. — 11 years ago

This wine is incredibly good, great price, drinks well with red meat. — 11 years ago
I've loved it more that last few times I've had it. But if I remember correctly, it was the Italian wine of the year. A little tapenade-ey, but still some sweet fruit and great mouthfeel. Drinks NOTHING like Bordeaux. — 11 years ago
Great white pepper. Surprisingly light and fresh. Northern Rhone elements. Tasty! — 12 years ago
Lean, round, rustic, rocky and other worldly. Literally, it drinks like a slightly chubbier Bordeaux. The only problem with this wine is that I shared it with people who were expecting Mindavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve style wine. Sigh. I miss you. — 13 years ago
Needs a decanter, but drinks very well with a full body taste. Excellent with a strong main meal. — 8 years ago
Young nice wine. Nose little fruit - stone red and little fresh leather - drinks red cherry- lite — 9 years ago
Big robust Pinot. Light silky mouthfeel with big and rich fruit. Blackberry in color and in taste. Jammy with a long lingering finish. Not a typical Pinot, drinks more like a zin/cab. Would give it a 9.0-9.1, but dinged it a bit given the price point. — 10 years ago
Ocean spray, crushed sea shell, beautiful minerality, drinks like a Chablis...elegant — 11 years ago
One of the purest expressions of a single fruit I have ever experienced. Anyone who has ever picked apples in October will be transported. It smells of autumn and frost and youth. — 11 years ago
Great Georgian toast is to your neighbor - he is the most important, especially if you moved into new place.
Here are neighbors from one river banks, but different countries. Sogevinus Fine Wines & Bodegas Emilio Moro - made this opulent, rich and silky wine. Elegant fruit, wrapped into noble oak, great wine -with each sip I can contemplate about toasts wisdom - vostok delo tonkoe.
Maybe missing a bit of length, but I forgive them, the balance is perfect. Don't expect claws, this is tuxedo dress code. — 12 years ago
Needs to breathe a bit at first, but drinks well. Tastes more expensive than it is. Good red! — 13 years ago
Sony
HIGH QUALITY wine that drinks very expensive and has an amazing fruity nose but finishes dry and velvety like a Bordeaux with blackberries and currants. A little “alcoholy” but overall an amazing bottle. Worth a 9.0 from total wine for $14 but more like an 8.8 for $19 from Publix aka ripoff central! — 7 years ago
