Branco limpido e brilhante de cor amarelo palha com tons dourados. Aroma sutil e elegante de herbaceos e especiarias , após aberto por 1/2 abriu aromas mais expressivos de oleaginosos. Na boca trás além das especiarias e oleaginosos, um toque defumado delicioso, sugerindo em retrogosto uma manteiga levente queimada que passou por varios condimentos.
