Nose is a bit more broad and less focused, smokey and brioche and yeast and bread, so fine and very dry and mineral, also the earthiest one. So pure and so sappy. Clean and fresh. Nose has oxidized pear slice, pear peel, limestone paste, died lemon zest and toasted sourdough bread.

Palate has bruised yellow apple, lemon peel, warmed lemon slice, (minor) lemon creme with well balanced acidity to mineral notes. Long finish, this bottle has many, many years ahead of it still.
