Champagne Brut Nature Zero Dosage

Bread, brioche, red cherries, Pinot side is showing, creamy, elegant, it's pretty dry, but super mineral and juicy despite its lean character. Needs air but lovely.

Needs some time to integrate. Really mineral. Rock quarry like. Gorgeous mineral expression. Long and amazingly pure, sappy. Love this.
