Layers of juicy red and blue fruit. Has a pleasing firmness. Great stuff #weygandtwines — 5 years ago
Robust flavors, with a clean finish - no lingering flavors. Best enjoyed with dark chocolate, which really brings out the cherry flavors. Chocolate with caramel makes it more tart, and chocolate with almonds make it taste like a pastry. — 6 years ago
Strong strawberry, mild cherry. Definitely bright, fruit-forward, but subtle earthiness too. — 6 years ago
My last bottle of 2016. Has the 2017 been released yet? Am I just in time? — 8 years ago
Subtle but enchanting wine. Crisp citrus aroma with a little anise and lavender. Delightfully lean on the palate, but with a nice under-ripe apricot finish. Really unique. — 9 years ago
Bright acidity and minerality merge on the palate harmoniously. More please! — 5 years ago

A perfect Chiroubles which honors the appellation. Light, airy, sensual, feminine Beaujolais. Red fruits fragrances deciliously intoxicating but without prominence. Multiple vegetal / floral nuances. The finish is discreetly persistent with very delicate tannins.
— 5 years ago
Fresh and lovely. Lots of raspberry. The finish is like sticking your finger in a wall socket. Bravo Pauline #weygandtwines — 5 years ago
a more dense, baked fruity expression with a Nice peppy finish! Paired well with turkey orecchiette. — 6 years ago
Dinner at Radicchio with Pino Pauline and Cindy David. Shocked at how well this went with a variety of starters including octopus and squid and then branzini entree. Now I see why Pino drinks this exclusively. Very lively and balanced with notes of earth underlying the dark sweet fruits. Says he prefers it younger. I'd do let it age longer! — 7 years ago

Rose’ only by DNA. It’s really a creamed white, flecks of rose gold. One of those wines that looks more watery than she is. Some textural viscosity, equal parts cream and acid.
Aromas of apple and fennel and white cherry and herbs. Flavors of orchard fruits - pear and apple nicely rounded out.
The Corsican wines I’ve explored lately remind me that really good stuff doesn’t need to shout. They can be complete, and that’s enough. — 4 years ago
