This nose needs a lot of air to come hither!

Rustic - and classic morello cherries, tangerine,, a dab of tamarind. Some very light chamomile, amd answering Pinot noirs like acidity. Absolutely delicious!

Bell pepper, chilli pepper, tamarind, red fruit… cherry, raspberry, cedar, vanilla, dill (but tech spec says aged in used French oak). On the palate, unripe blackberry and seeds. No noticeable cream on the palate (effect of melo gone?) — 7 months ago

Worth checking out! Definitely a Chardonnay but a much cooler one, more minerality, a little fermentation, nice balance, maybe a little less alcohol, less viscosity. — 5 months ago
