so this is a weird one. :) nose shows butter, wood, vinyl, buttered toast, spice, faint marshmellow
tastes of spice and funk, very oxidized- reminiscent of a jura- or an old white burgundy. verdejo aged on the lees in french oak for 7 months. from 100-200 year old vines, made with the help of a burgundian oenologist.

For an entry level this is an overachiever. Smoke, cream fraiche, mineral-laced citrus, yellow peach, -ripe apricot-, white pepper, elevated crescendo acidity, grippy texture with the right amount of phenolic bitterness! Intense and focused. Long finish. — 5 months ago
