Aromatic, charred red bell pepper. Extracted, dark, serious. — 7 years ago
For an 07 this showed absolutely no signs of age - color was inky, opaque and thick. Tightly wound monster took 45 mins to yield Meritage nose w/Merlot as front runner. Dense concentration here, nicely integrated tannins. Never heard of this winery but this over-delivered on price/quality! — 7 years ago

Recommended by an employee at Total Wine and definitely not disappointed! Very fruit forward, but not sweet. Easy to drink fast. Best on the second pour. Drank with Lindt Excellence Dark chocolate with a touch of sea salt. — 10 years ago
Nice, light fruit. Very sweet cherry. — 11 years ago
2013- The Corley family never seems to disappoint. Super solid again. Nice tree fruit with a bit of a mineral note. Nicely balanced with well integrated oak. Some may wish for a little more acidity but this hits just the right notes for me. — 11 years ago

Striking! This wine smells like Spring. Nose is candied lemon, ripe tropical fruits, sweet apples, white flowers, wet stones. I expected this to be very tart, like Chablis, but was happily surprised to get a rounder presentation with a kiss of oak. This is drinking very well at this stage. — 6 years ago

A good white blend - citrus overtones and a bit of oak. April 2019. — 7 years ago

Block 012 Reserve Proprietary Red Wine 2012 - Oak Knoll District Napa Valley
Decent. Medium bodied, good tannins, smooth. Could be a little bolder, but not bad. — 9 years ago
Excellent compliment to balsamic-glazed pork chops. Had a depth of flavor that enhanced the dining experience and had a spiciness, almost ginger-like. — 10 years ago

Buttery and nice oak. A classic. — 12 years ago

I shall be the first to rate the 2016 vintage.. I find this Chardonnay to be almost perfect. I am usually not a fan of chards but Trefethen has the talent to make it palatable for every drinker. It has a marshmallow touch to it, light golden color, apricot on the nose and slightly lemony on the back of the tongue and tingly at the very top. — 6 years ago
