Robust yet smooth — 8 months ago
Ruby red color with aromas of dark berry fruits, cedar and spicy forest floor notes. On the palate flavors of raspberry, blackberry, and crushed red cherries with notes of cedar and baking spice, lively acidity, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and earthy notes. Drinking well! Pair this with a pork roast or Salmon with a balsamic glaze. — 8 months ago

A light to medium weight palate. Tasted blind Barb thought Victorian ie. Giant Steps or Bass Phillip and I must admit that could be so. Savoury red fruits, cherry, raspberry - a burnt toffee note. Soft, smooth fine tannins. A slight hint of tarriness. A good Pinot if not a little expensive. Michael McNamara one of the owners of Prince Wine Store said “one of the best Pinots in 2020”. — 9 months ago
Light to medium garnet color, nose of red fruit and some oak (low). Fruit forward, red plum, strawberries & maybe raspberries. Low tannins, acidity, on the light to medium range. Fairly smooth- pairs well with spiced fish, chickens and veal. — 3 years ago
This is really quite good. Juicy without being overbearing. Very red fruit flavor. Best rose I've had this summer. 2014 vintage. — 9 years ago
Balanced, crisp tartness, hints of rhubarb, creamy finish. Complex, very enjoyable. — 6 months ago
So pretty on PnP. The fruit came out after 30 min or so. — 8 months ago
This is Clos Pepe’s Dark Side bottling, which they only made a few times. What an excellent PN, loaded with dark cherries, other dark fruits and some cola. There was a little left in the decanter about an hour or so after dinner and the fruit was gone as well as the long sweet finish. I had opened and decanted it about an hour before dinner and maybe that was too much time but got through dinner fine. — 9 months ago
Wow. This was fantastic. It tasted like a 5 year old Cab Sauv, not a 2 year old pinot. Notes of dark berries and mocha with a smooth oak finish, very unusual for a pinot. — 10 months ago
Yum, yum, yum. ... — 9 years ago
