2016 - Vintage - I saw this at a wine shop and decided I wanted to try a aged Vranc - red rim dark color , black berry, earth, brown sugar, medium acidity, softer tannins oak background14.5%ABV a little like aged Zin probably at the end but still enjoyable — 6 months ago

@Brent Young I agree on the Montenegro! It was one of the few amaro that both my wife and daughter enjoyed along with me.
@Brian Hearty I am not surprised that all of you liked it. It is the first amaro that I give to friends that have not tried any amari because it has the broadest appeal. I like the whole category but Montenegro remains one of my favorites. It works great in cocktails too, if you have not tried it
