Tydlig botrytis-profil. Stor sötaktig doft. Torkad aprikos, apelsinmarmelad, saffran, honung och massa mogen exotisk frukt. I munnen är den i princip torr, rik och koncentrerad. Elektrisk upplevelse. Ingen tydlig utveckling än. Mastig och konsumera, drack över två dagar. Värt 800 kr = ja. — 5 years ago
Great acid and sweetness level; lacking complexity but definitely solid — 7 years ago
The good stuff. Aged wonderfully. Still strong acidity. Love it. — 8 years ago
perfumy, soapy — 11 years ago
Not usually a Riesling drinker, but this has converted me! — 12 years ago
Gold Capsule. I love Markus’ version of this and prefer it to JJ Prum as it’s more reserved and less opulent. Stunning yet subtle nose of green apple, pear and peach plus some apricot notes and vanilla extract. Unreal slate and mineral that is so fine and refined. Just a super perfumed nose. Palate has ridiculous energy and acidity with jaw dropping purity and intense acidity. Racy. Really racy. Palate has terrific peach and green apple fruit. Maybe a skoche honeyed but the mineral/acid spine is just incredible here. Light yet intense and built for the very long haul. Brilliant. Really elegant now with air. Amazing. — 2 years ago
Nose is the apogee of elegant richness. Blind I might guess god’s condrieu. A touch of honey. Gorgeous.
Palate is honey. Minerals. Some other gorgeous stuff I can’t describe. Still so elegant. Rainwater of the gods.
As this aerates the internal aromatics are nectar like. Honey made from nectarine flowers.
Finish lingers like a lovers sweet kiss at dawn. — 4 years ago
Pop and pour. Notes from 1 hr open, paired with vegan mapo tofu. On the nose: soft underripe peach, green apple, loads of wet stone, pollen and soft citrus blossom. On the palate: fantastic acidity, green apple, soft honey, peach, just a hint of sweetness. Ok density at the moment...still a bit shrill and needs more time. Nevertheless, a good pairing. — 5 years ago
Lieblich, sweet but not too sweet. Very nice — 7 years ago
Candied lemon and white floral nose. Thicker body, grapefruit, grapefruit pit & skin, lime and a chalky style minerality. — 11 years ago
Very low alcohol at 11.0%. Plenty of residual sweetness. Grapefruit, lemon, and heavy pear. Pairs nicely with curry or hearty seafood with citrus. — 12 years ago
It’s so delicious. You don’t want to share. Balanced acid. Honeysuckle on the long finish. — 3 years ago
So good. What a good Riesling should always taste like. I’d bring it to parties that I’m trying to impress. — 3 years ago
Very good wine❤️ — 4 years ago
Beautiful golden yellow, slight petrol and slate aromas, and round honey sweetness on the tongue. Yum!! Pairing with spicy Indian food... here we go!! — 6 years ago
Wife brought this back from Germany for me. Delicious! — 9 years ago
One of the best producers in the Mosel area for sure. This is to young to drink now but I tasted this at the winery. They served me the wine at 10°. The lady said: sorry that he is so cold. Wait a few minutes. But that development was so interesting! I thanked her for serving it this way! ☺️ — 9 years ago
Really nice acid and pretty aromatics. Lots if honey, peach, apricots and cream. Enough acidity to keep it clean. — 11 years ago
Slightly effervescent, nose of cantaloupe. Paired very nicely with a semi-sweet Japanese chicken curry. — 12 years ago

This is the Gold Capsule Kabinet. . Slightly off dry. Crystalline and precise. Petrol on the nose, lemon/lime and a little honey on the palate. Goes down way too easy. — 2 years ago
