Fresh citrus, orange minerality — 7 months ago
Yummy stone fruit aromas, round on the palate with soft but tart lemon curd acidity, nectarine flavors, and peach skin texture. — 10 months ago
100% Cabernet Franc Rose’. Beautiful light salmon color. Pronounced mineral on the nose and pallet with hints of watermelon and a bit of dark cherry, strawberry and citrus. A little bit of pepper spice. Medium tangy acidity and a crunchy texture. A small amount of heft but still light bodied. Very “Loire-like.” Revisited in June 2020. Nice! — 3 years ago
Crisp and not overly dry or fruity. Very tasty and reasonable — 4 years ago
2020 fall. Consistent with other recent bottles. I find this style very drinkable (which you would figure considering how much we’ve been putting away), and it’s quite versatile, but as someone who doesn’t generally like oaky wine outside of old school Rioja (and white Burgundy to a point), I have to remember to avoid pairings that make the oak taste bitter — 5 years ago
Monthly WTF wine group tasting. This month’s theme was chardonnay from any region or vintage. Nice eclectic bunch! All wines tasted blind.
Winner of the “biggest imitator”. This was very ripe, as though the wine was meant to be made a certain way. I think the entire group called this new world. Good bit of oak in play here, alongside melon, apple crumble pie, and hardly any acidity. Typical baking spice notes of nutmeg and vanilla too. May be starting to oxidize a bit, which probably gives this some complexity. Thanks @Michael Rariden . — 6 years ago
This is the *Dry* Riesling 2002 and at 23 years it’s still very good. Mature for sure but with its faculties intact. There’s a pretty big buzz about Finger Lakes Riesling these days but excellent wines were made there way back then and earlier as well. — 8 months ago
Decanted prior to service; enjoyed over the course of several hours. This bottle of the 1964 pours a garnet color with significant rim variation; medium viscosity with light staining and significant signs of sediment. On the nose, the wine is vinous with mostly tertiary notes at this point: cherry fruit leather, actual leather, decomposing log. On the palate, the wine is dry with tannin fully integrated and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Alive…but this bottle is old and tired. Drink now. — a year ago
Nice red wine from Finger Lakes. Smooth and velvety, a little fruit, a little wood. Easy to sip and pairs well with cheese. — 4 years ago
Amazing! Just as good as chateau Fontaine — 5 years ago
Very fruity light cab. Love it! P38 — 6 years ago
Nice Pinot from SLO county, plenty of red fruit, nice acidity, nice finish. Feels like I am standing in a strawberry field. — 6 months ago
Luscious tannins, smooth body. Now was the time to drink the 2015 vintage….it couldn’t wait any longer. Intense black fruit, plum and spice on the palette. A delicious BC Bordeaux blend. Reminiscent of a Napa Cab. — 8 months ago

Here is a fabulous 99 point wine by Robert Parker.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Great nose of blueberries, blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, earth, vanilla, Mediterranean spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, chocolates, tobacco and black pepper.
Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, figs, cedar, chocolates, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco, herbs, light earth, cola and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley.
Showing nice balance and a great mouthfeel. Round and rich. Elegant and smooth.
This 22 year old still has a lot of power in it, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime.
So soft and powerful, with a great nose. This is a gorgeous wine right now.
A blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec. Aged in all new French oak barrels for 24 months.
13.9% alcohol by volume.
96 points.
