Nice Grenache blend! — 4 years ago
Clean with just enough fruit flavor for a sunny afternoon with a light breeze. Not dry. Robust flavor. Perfect pairing for a perfectly lovely day of quarantining. — 5 years ago
2016 Vintage. This is a big, full bodied, dark fruit, but dry wine. Also has a sweet element. There is a lot going on here. Nice complexity. 89. — 5 years ago
Smooth and full bodied. Delicious, will buy again. — 6 years ago
I’m a huge Ygay fan so getting hold of the latest 09 @ £85 was like a kid gone wild in a candy store 😁 It’s showing fabulous already but time will definitely bring immense happiness 😉
Needs 4-5 years to shine more 👍

1920. Oldest wine I’ve ever opened. Pristine provenance, tasted like old Burgundy. Total stunner. Conversation started at 2015 white Burgundy and somehow we made it to 1920 Rioja. They were super stoked, wish we had another bottle. Red fruit, not really oxidized at all, I would guess they added some CO2 when they recorked these. Good stuff and a total show stopper. A lot of fun. — 7 years ago
Deep ruby..fruit forward. nice entry, but Leaves a bit on the finish — 3 years ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruit, cedar and herb spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and currants with herb and nutty floral spice notes. Fine tannins, nice mouthfeel, well balanced with acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, mineral, spice and herbs. Nice value! A Fav! — 3 years ago
Sharp fruit, medium finish. A great bargain Merlot at under $20. Gets even better after one hour of oxygen. — 5 years ago
One of my fav cabs. Spicy notes. Slightly sweet. Light to drink. — 6 years ago
Family-owned and operated since 1985. Grapes sourced from several Napa Valley Carneros vineyards, aromas of ripe fruits & sweet spice with smoke notes. On the palate complex fruit, apple, pear & peach with cinnamon and vanilla spices giving way to toasty oak. Lots of French oak aging, perhaps too much. Big buttery oak finish ending a bit bold, about on par with the 2014 vintage (last reserve I tried). For $10+ less, their Alexander Valley Chard from a cooler climate showed more finesse, one of my Fav’s. — 6 years ago
Lovely nose of dried fruit and nuts, soft and elegant on the plate, with a hint of dryness on the finish. Layered on the palate and lingers in the mouth. -En Rama NYC popup — 7 years ago
