Without going into a tirade on TDN in young Rieslings, I’ll just start off by saying that this was decent and showed good typicity as an Australasian Riesling. Aromas of petrol, lime cordial, lemon, and musk. Salted limes, pepper, crisp acidity, medium weight, and a touch of bitter fruit peel/phenolics on the palate. It’s got nice energy, but the petrol kills it for me. — 21 days ago
Powerful passion fruit and pineapple flavors, crisp refreshing, no acerbic character, refreshing, crowd pleasing, great for the price — 3 days ago
Light straw color with green highlights. Intense aromas of passion fruit and grapefruit. The pallet is very fruit forward with gooseberry, grapefruit and lemon. Bit of a minerally finish. Crisp acidity. Refreshing. Pretty good (typical) NZ Sauvignon Blanc. — 10 days ago
Lovely SB. All the crispness i expect from Marlborough NZ, but with additional complex and smooth flavors that I quite enjoyed — 2 days ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon with aromas of ripe stone and tropical fruits with citrus and floral notes. On the palate fresh fruit flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, apple and melon with lemon citrus wrapped in lively acidity, medium+ length ending with rich fruit and lemon citrus texture. Nice! — 14 days ago
