Vintage 2014 / I wanted a classic French wine in honour of Bastille Day. Decanted two hours in advance.. Developed very well in the last 24 months. Classic smell with laurel, chocolate, forrestwood. Well balanced taste. If the vintner can make such a good wine in’14 how will the wine taste from a great year? Interesting domaine in Graves to follow. / Paired with a Boeuf Brochette and cheeses. — 6 years ago
Slight hint of reduction that faded with 30 mins. Darker fruit profile than expected, considering the light color and low alcohol. 12.5%. well crafted, well balanced. Great value — 8 years ago

Xmas gift from Tony. Very nice, will definitely buy again — 6 years ago
Consistently great bottle of wine. Racy, floral and, with baking spice. Long finish. Strong value. — 6 years ago

While it is not a reserve build, this still sees plenty of oak...malo is avoided here. I like its fresh Chard fruit vibe and viability...acid is key here — 7 years ago
This is a really good red blend. With every sip I find a new flavor. Rich and silky. A fine finish. One of Long Island’s best. — 8 years ago

Fruity and easy drinking. Just up the road. Pounder! — 6 years ago
Super green and acidic for the first few hours and then started to show its stuff. Either be patient with a decant or lay this one down for some time — 7 years ago
