Pleasant strawberry fruit, acidity almost balances fruit, but if there is minerality to enjoy I'm unfortunately not detecting it over the fruit. Still giving it a high score because I love their style, and appreciate everything they make.

Delishhhh. Bone dry, and acid for days turns strawberry on the nose into cranberry during the finish. I also love that the label shows the ABV to be 12.16%. Significant digits hahah.

Waves of strawberry, watermelon meets electric acidity and a finish that makes me think of Meyer lemon. I have never had an uninteresting wine from Teutonic. This is great.

I don't know what “spontaneously fermented” means, but it sure is delicious. We had it with Mexican food, felt it paired well.
