Wow. Excellent. 2008 — 11 years ago
Initially thought the wine was premoxed but eventually came around. Little minerality, likely resulting from vintage but enough fruit and complexity to keep the wine enjoyable. — 12 years ago

This is the 2018 vintage. It has a nice balance of fruit on the nose it has vanilla and bing cherry. The palate finishes dry but has a nice fruit balance. — 5 years ago

Light, well balanced, slight pear notes on the nose. — 12 years ago
Sweet and savoury nose of ripe red fruit, cherry, currant, vegetal notes, Brussel sprout, cauliflower soup, cucumber, leather, underbrush, mushroom and Asian spices. On the palate the wine showed sweet, ripe red fruit, cherry, currant, vegetal notes, cucumber, tobacco, spices, caramel as well as mineral and balsamic notes, paired with medium-plus lively acidity, fully integrated tannin, a smooth mouthfeel and incredible length. The fruit became less pronounced as time passed, to the benefit of the tertiary notes. A medium-bodied, medium-complex, well-balanced red Burgundy that drank young for its age and seemed to be good for another 10+ years. I liked it a lot. 93 — 13 years ago

Dark, full bodied, black and blue fruit with a through line of acidity. Hints of port on the finish. With nearly 10 years in bottle, it drank more like a cab than warmer climate Pinots, but had more vibrancy and delineation. — 9 months ago
